As a medium-size web marketing organisation it is key that all our customers products are supported by rock solid infrastructure. Bearing in mind our core disciplines are social media management, search engine optimization and website design the last thing we want to do is have to get involved in any hosting / server issues. Having tried some of the bigger players in the marketplace we found that the support was just not there and reliability was often an issue. Having changed to SeverSpace two years ago I can honestly say we now would never use anybody else. Our developers have established a great working relationship with the ServerSpace team and consider them a valued technical resource. We don't deal with a faceless call centre, but real individuals who understand our platform and needs.
