Started out promising, the ability to capture process is relatively simple, however there was no recognized ability to identify or create relationships between them so as to see end to end. This unfortunately keeps silo'd knowledge silo'd and prevents true change management. When we did have questions, we could not get local support. Questions were entered for team in Berlin. Since we are in Ohio, that made it very challenging to work with them.

Demo is done quite well by sales but hard to get support when implemented. Interface is easy to use however many relationship abilities are not available. Most things are single use and captured only in diagram and not able to reuse. Good tool to just draw process maps.

Good tool to get started documenting our processes but we quickly outgrew it. Company could not scale with us and did not allow us to capture GRC information as effectively as they said we could during the demo. We ultimately had to look for another solution
