My honest read after six months of running Startquestion surveys for a handful of agency clients is: it works, but it really wants you to be sitting at a desk when you use it. Building and distributing 360 feedback cycles on behalf of clients sounds straightforward until half those clients have remote or field-based workforces. The mobile experience is noticeably underbaked.
