The visual breakdown of competency scores is clear enough that managers who are not data people can actually interpret it. That matters more than I expected it to.
The one frustration I keep running into is export flexibility. PDF and basic spreadsheet outputs cover most needs, but if you want to slice the data in a way that falls outside the preset templates, you're doing manual work afterward. It's not a dealbreaker, and their support team responded quickly when I flagged it, but it does add friction on the quarterly reporting days when I'm already stretched. Overall, a solid platform for mid-size department rollouts.
