We rolled out this 360-degree feedback tool across our dispatch and operations teams about eight months ago, and overall it's been a solid addition to our performance review process. In trucking and logistics, honest peer feedback can be hard to come by β drivers and dispatchers don't always have a natural forum to share how things are going up and down the chain. This platform gave us a structured way to gather that input without it feeling like a blame session.
The anonymity controls are well-designed, which matters a lot when you're dealing with tight-knit shift teams. People were noticeably more candid than they'd been in traditional reviews. The reporting dashboards are clean and easy to read β I can pull a summary for a team lead without wading through raw data.
Where it falls short for us is integration. We use industry-specific dispatch and invoicing software, and there's no real bridge between those systems and this platform. So HR data has to be entered manually, which is a bit of a headache when you have driver turnover. Customer support has been responsive when we've raised this, but an API or even a CSV import wizard would go a long way.
Setup took longer than expected β the survey customization is flexible but can get complicated quickly if you're not used to building question logic. Overall though, I'd recommend it to other operations teams looking to get real, structured feedback flowing through their organization.
