Five years of wrangling this platform for a small education charity, and integrations are honestly the whole story. When they work, they're brilliant. Our Mailchimp connection and the Slack notifications have saved me genuinely embarrassing amounts of back-and-forth. But connecting to our grant management tool? A nightmare. Either the native integration is missing, or the Zapier workaround breaks every few months with zero warning.
For the price, I expected better third-party support, especially for the tools nonprofits actually use. The boards themselves are flexible and the team picked them up quickly. I just wish the integration library felt less like it was built for tech startups and more for the rest of us.
