This would be our first attempt to use hosting service as a way to eliminate our own Sage Accounting system hosted within our office. The process of starting up a hosting service was very easy, the offering of a 2 months for free try out of the service if we decide not to use is an excellent motivation for me to move ahead and give it a try. During the initial 10 days of trial so far, I encountered several issues, but I am quite happy that upon submitting a service request, my request would get answered in a very timely manner. Then additional follow-up email would be received from the service desk to make sure that my issue was resolved or if I still have additional issue. I really appreciate this amount of attention to my issue whenever I have one, this type of service does provide me with lots of confidence in this company's quality of service. High Five to the service team! You are great! Thanks for your help!
