“Great functions, easy to use.” Pros: Easy to use, I felt comfortable with the system after using it a couple of times. Drag and drop is the best part (to link email or documents into CRM). Cons: When adding Contacts information on Deals, it is not automatic link with Contact Person's details, which means we have to work on it double times.
