The ease of transforming a paper-driven organization to cloud-based storage. This user-friendly software allows all levels of technology-comfort to learn the software and feel of sense of satisfaction. Dynafile support has been seamless from the onset when I communicated with sales, to implementation, and continued help as issues arise. The quick response with resolutions always. For all the various vendors we work with, Dynafile customer service is top-notch.
