I did research in 2013 to find the best value webhost for personal use. So I've not got money to burn. I have 5 websites on Linux shared started hosting with CPANEL for around a fiver a month (the domain names I got cheaper elsewhere, but set the A records to point to pacwebhosting) and I get 24hr support which I've had answered within half an hours and even conversations 2-6 mins apart on the same ticket! Never had such fast response on a Sunday evening before. Very professional and I've used quite a few and left because of poor service; but this company has impressed me. Usually when they are this good, they get taken over. But so far, so good ;-)
