Choosing Claromentis for our first Company intranet - After your initial first onboarding session, it was straightforward to start building the intranet. The drag-and-drop feature makes it easy to create pages easily. A lot of employees are now homeworkers as well as overseas colleagues, the function of the people section means we can now see who we are contacting, it is easy to navigate through the people section and quicker to contact. From an administrative point of view, it is easy to maintain and edit content. Loading documents onto the server means employees can access these all from the same area, we have made the intranet the first place for employees to go to external systems and portals they use in their day-to-day work. We only launched the intranet this week so we are expecting more employee feedback to come soon as we start to build out the system.
