"Advanced eforms and business workflow tool" We are a reseller of the Claromentis digital workspace, and the majority of our clients use the eforms tool. From simple leave forms (with automatic manager approval) through to complex processes such as risk matrix's, the eforms application means any manual based process can be converted to a digital one. The aspects we like most are: - easy to use form builder wizard; - the ability to define permissions on fields and sections within a field; - customisable notifications; and - flexbility using custom plugins. Many businesses still use a variety of analog ways of capturing and processing data. The definition of 'analog' in this sense includes such things as an employee completing a leave form in a PDF (only to print out) or a staff member sending a business card request via email. The Claromentis form builder can be used to create dynamic processes in both of these cases.
