"We have been through 3 low cost hosting companies in the last year and all have failed on poor support. Host Media is not one of them. Support is almost always within 24 hours and often much quicker. We have moved 3 sites over to them and if this continues, will move more of our sites over. We will be looking for more advanced services from them in the future, and if they can support a £5 a year hosting with this great support, then we have confidence that more advanced services get same or better assistance. Highly recommended for existing small business, small online projects, or startups, particularly in UK. Kevin Ison"
