Where Responsiveness and Attention to Detail Count ?????????? I have been a Summit Hosting customer since October 2022, and a Handy Networks customer since October 2015, before the Summit Hosting acquisition. My experience is that Summit Hosting operates its customer service and tech support departments with top-tier professionalism, sincere cordiality, and mind-blowing punctuality in terms of response times, which is unparalleled in many mid-size to large companies. If the saying "You get what you pay for" is true, then Summit Hosting is overdelivering. This is not hyperbole. If you require professional hosting services, from single, fully-managed server set-ups to self-managed VPS, and expect concerned, expedient responses and solutions, whether from the billing department, but particularly from support staff, then you will not be disappointed contracting with Summit Hosting if your experience nears the experience I have enjoyably had for the past nearly 10 years. I highly recommend Summit Hosting for your hosting needs, large or small.
