I moved to South West Broadband because my previous hosting provider had an unacceptable level of server downtime. I am extremely happy with my choice, as SWB handled the transfer (30 sites) and kept me informed at every step along the way. Since then - as everyone else attests - the support for technical issues is of the highest class.
