What can I say but fantastic service from day 1. We currently have 3 VPS packages with SouthWest Broadband for a variety of sites and web applications and are looking to take more in the future as more needs come on line. The support from the team is second to none, even out of business hours. A good case in point is that due to a faulty (self-installed) upgrade one of our VPS containers came off-line over a weekend, and the support team worked diligently recovering all data from the old environment and transferred it to a newly setup container over the course of a Sunday afternoon. That's the kind of service that keeps customers coming back for more.
