Having also read many other positive reviews, I am in agreement that the customer service is excellent! The emails are prompt when there is a problem, and they ring you back exactly when they promise to. They are also extremely patient with people who are not very good with computers, and the gentleman I spoke to today went above and beyond. We spent a long time on the telephone and he was patient even when he had been working on the issue all day long... When they email you, they don't just send an automated email but they try to explain what is going on so you are actually communicating with another person as opposed to receiving an 'automated response'. They also gave me a 'good will gesture' as I was initially unhappy, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company...
