Having+used+a+variety+of+other+server+solutions+over+the+past+3+years,+I+got+increasingly+frustrated+by+the+level+of+support+I+was+receiving+and+the+regular+downtime+due+to+hardware+or+software+problems.+Since+ordering+a+managed+dedicated+server+from+VeloxServ+I+have+had+excellent+uptime,+Craig's+support+has+been+brilliant+and+the+level+of+technical+knowledge+far+outstrips+mine+which+gives+me+the+confidence+to+know+that+if+I+ever+have+any+problems+then+I'm+in+good+hands.
