Great Check-in Process. Before PC people visiting our facility are met by a security guard and given a badge, then he called the person they were here to meet, sometimes they didn't answer/were in a meeting - causing delays & occasionally making customers frustrated. Now they still meet the security guard AND the PC system, which can notify the host via their preferred method of communication, this speeds up the visitor process and provides greater visibility to our team about who is coming and going in our building.
