Proxyclick is super easy to use and easy to find your way around even if you only use it a few times a year. I?ve also used it to check guests in and print badges. That process is equally as easy.

Simple visitor management tool that gets the job done. The ability to upload excel spreadsheets of large visitor groups is such a time saver. It is easy to bulk add and edit. This tool makes our quarterly reporting so much easier. One-off visitors are easy to add, even by the newest user of the system, and return visitors are even simpler. The system stores all their information and photo in the Visitor Address Book . You can search the address book by name, email, or company. It's a huge asset.

Before PC people visiting our facility are met by a security guard and given a badge, then he called the person they were here to meet, sometimes they didn't answer/were in a meeting - causing delays & occasionally making customers frustrated. Now they still meet the security guard AND the PC system, which can notify the host via their preferred method of communication, this speeds up the visitor process and provides greater visibility to our team about who is coming and going in our building.
