I have been trying to recieve a refund after the free trial period for 2 years and since then I have been charged 2 more times for a total over $1700. I have been very clear since April 16 2018 the product does not work for my business and we do not use it at all. I have now had to cancel my credit card in order for them not to charge it again. Billing continues to tell me that I did not cancelled the software in a timely manner even though I have not used the program since the free trial because it did not work. I have shown them emails from April 2018 asking to be refunded and explaining it doesn't work for my business. Since then I have been Charged $588 two more times. I feel robbed when I think of Wishpond. It's sad to see several other reviews having the same issues obtaining a refund. I never was able to have success with the program during the free trial and stopped using it, yet I have been charged nearly $1700 for annual subscriptions. If Wishpond wants to hide behind the free trial service terms and charge $588 if not cancelled in time, that's disgusting, but to continue to deny a refund and then charge 2 more times for $588 and continue further to deny a refund is sophisticated theft.
