We allowed a month?s overlap to change over from previous hosting company and initially ran into a number of problems. Although my initial reaction was, to put it mildly, very negative it became clear from the UKFast reaction that they were determined to go the extra mile to make sure that we would be satisfied - in fact more than just satisfied - with the service we will experience going forward. Glitches are bound to happen with any migration and occasionally the causes will be difficult to chase down, but the real sign of great customer service isn't obvious when things go smoothly, it's the reaction when things go off course. That has definitely been 5*.
