We've trusted UKFast as our web server provider for over 12 years. Their support team have always been happy to help and often go "above and beyond" what is required. The fact its UK-based and available 24/7 is perfectly suited to the way we work. Having a dedicated account manager is another plus - they get to know our business, our needs and our shortcomings which helps ensure we're getting as close as we can to the ideal solution for our specific business. Have to give Michael a shout-out here as he's sorted a new server upgrade recently that looks to be just what we need. UKFast might not be the cheapest provider of web servers (they are competitive) but you get so much more than standard hosting, and unlike some others we've previously experienced, you feel they are part of your team, working in your best interests.
