We signed up to MeetHugo after speaking with the sales guy there, was promised so much more than what we got. First off, we weren't even told we had an account manager, so had been emailing the sales guy we signed up with just to be ignored and not even pointed in the right direction. Finally, we had a response saying we need to speak with our account manager, so we did exactly that and after a few months of trying to get an answer into why we're not getting many leads we updated our search criteria. After doing this, we still had a little amount of leads and the answer still seemed to be "it's your search criteria" - although the leads we were receiving had absolutely no interest or had no idea who MeetHugo even are! After reading reviews from others, I see we're not the only ones having this issue and all the leads appear to come from places like Linked In where people are looking for recommendations. Therefore, they have no clue that they have "signed up" to be listed on MeetHugo. After speaking with our account manager regarding the whole situation, we have not got any further with it, and the answer always seems to be about our search criteria (although we updated it to be the WHOLE of the UK). They seem to ignore the fact that the so called "leads" are NOT INTERESTED / never signed up to be listed and provided to us. All in all, MeetHugo / Clarity Stack Ltd have an appalling product which is absolute crap, not fit for purpose and will do nothing for your business so be careful before signing up and spending your money on this product.
