- This platform is easy to use, integrates with my calendar for qualified candidates to schedule a time with me, and this platform has the ability to reach out to candidates via text message. - Chrome extension that captures candidate name and email and adds easily to a campaign we can reach out to easily! - Our account representative Julia is amazing, super responsive, and brings solutions quickly to any snag that arises. Great Platform XOR saves valuable time by adding an AI feature to pre-screen candidates and not only score them for prioritization but XOR allows a recruiters calendar to integrate and set designated times available to do a phone screen saves a ton of steps in coordination and allows recruiters to do what they do best… build great candidate pools! We are also hosting virtual recruitment events with XOR, after vetting several platforms we chose XOR because it was user friendly, great email campaign feature, and flexibility to extend our event if needed.
