I like the ease with which my work is streamlined. It's a wonderful program. It allows me to work efficiently and comfortably, thanks to its simplicity. I have been able to optimize the hiring, reaching a greater number of people. It has many tools that make the workload lighter. I would recommend it to everyone who wants professional software. Mainly it saves me a lot of time in selecting qualified candidates. It is the greatest benefit I have obtained from the program. It does it automatically. Me gusta la facilidad con la que se agiliza mi trabajo. Es una maravilla de programa. Me permite trabajar de forma eficiente y cΓ³moda, gracias a lo sencillo que resulta. He podido optimizar las contrataciones, llegando a nΓΊmero mayor de personas. Tiene muchas herramientas que hacen liviana la carga del trabajo. XOR has been a lifesaver Pros: I love the customization and ease of use, not to mention how quickly it was implemented. Cons: Our version of Outlook posed some challenges but the team has been super supportive and diligent in addressing any issues that have come up in a timely, considerate fashion. Reasons for Choosing: Excellent value for the cost. Extremely satisfied with our purchase! Comments: As a high functioning two person HR department and the solely designated recruitment partner for a vastly expanding and rapidly growing organization with over 150 employees across three locations, I honestly don't know where I would be now today if it weren't for Xor. This highly valuable platform came about at the right time for me to get a handle on a huge influx of upcoming hiring in order to get ourselves organized, streamlined and efficient in our dealings before getting lost in an endless pile of futile resumes.

- This platform is easy to use, integrates with my calendar for qualified candidates to schedule a time with me, and this platform has the ability to reach out to candidates via text message. - Chrome extension that captures candidate name and email and adds easily to a campaign we can reach out to easily! - Our account representative Julia is amazing, super responsive, and brings solutions quickly to any snag that arises. Great Platform XOR saves valuable time by adding an AI feature to pre-screen candidates and not only score them for prioritization but XOR allows a recruiters calendar to integrate and set designated times available to do a phone screen saves a ton of steps in coordination and allows recruiters to do what they do best⦠build great candidate pools! We are also hosting virtual recruitment events with XOR, after vetting several platforms we chose XOR because it was user friendly, great email campaign feature, and flexibility to extend our event if needed.

First of all, I would to mention that XOR is a an extremely client oriented company. We can solve any techical or managing problem in short period of tiem during our project. This fact, undoubtedly, is the main advantage. Secondly, we really mentioned the measurable value while were using this instrument. It helps to reduce time for routine recruitment operations such like resume screening,phone interwiew and reminders for candidates. Thirdly, we see that chat bots are the main trend in HR techologies of today (for example in comparison with audio and phone bots). Job seekers are more ready to communicate with the text information and they don't have an "allergy" to such method of recruitment. XOR is a solutuon for companies that have an enormous value of vacancies and candidates (I mean big companies) because such digital solution helps to reduce time for routine tasks and pay more attention to other intellectual ones. Using this instrument we can hire more people in short time.

Pros: User friendly, easier way to communicate. Cons: Some features are not quite in place yet. Reasons for Choosing: The price is worth the features that are provided. There are many different packages, based on the company needs. Comments: Customer support, the set up, and implementation has been pretty easy to do. The team who supports our account always gets back to us in a timely manner, walks us through whatever we need to see, and works to help us be the most successful we can be in this climate.

Saves Time and Streamlines Recruiting Pros: Full integreation with our ATS is seamless Automation of recruitment screening saves time Calender integration has alleviated so any issues with interview scheduling. Cons: For metrics reporting purposes, I'd like the dashboard to be a bit more customizable...although I think that is an upcoming feature. Comments: I've been using XOR for over 2 years and have been amazed by the functionality and the continual addition of new features. The platform is intuitive and user friendly. The new user interface allows our recruiters to communicate continuously and seamlessly with candidates. The calender feature has saved our recruiters the constant phone-tag game of trying to schedule candidates and hiring managers for phone and in-person interviews. We use XOR within the healthcare recruiting space and have been able to speed up the hiring process (time to fill) by an average 4.5 days.

Speed up your recruiting process with XOR Pros: 1. Instead of having to review countless resumes, the system will ask candidates qualifying questions and if they are qualified, they get to schedule directly on your calendar. 2. Fairly easy to set up qualifying questions for the candidates. 3. Customer Support is fantastic. They are responsive and extremely helpful. Cons: It is taking a little time to get use to a new software. Comments: I'm finding that I'm spending more time talking to candidates and less time reviewing resumes. It is truly a game changer. Most application systems rely on matching a resume to the job description. Using XOR allows me to have them ask real questions and get real info.

Super flexible, great team Pros: We had a very creative application for the chatbots outside of traditional recruiting and the team provided solid education about capabilities and extremely helpful consulting to come up with a creative solution that we launched. Cons: I wish the design process was more visual (like some of the free bots) , I haven't been trained yet but hopeful it is documented well enough. They don't seem to have a ton of user help and support yet - but are very responsive to questions, just wish it was more self-service. Reasons for Choosing: XOR was a better fit. It was more WAY more flexible than Mya and less expensive as well. MeBeBot has a different focus and pricing as well is higher. Comments: We are a social entrepreneurship business focused on bringing AI to help people navigate finding work and leveraging resources and using smart bots to communicate and coordinate. This tool allowed us to get our intake and coordination process well structured for launch.

Very useful, highly recomend Pros: As we face this unprecedented, difficult time on daily challenge being on the front line of the Pandemic, we are very short of staff, XOR implemented new features that are helping us to communicate more efficient especially with less qualified personal what we need in our days to overcome this crisis (that are on constant flow). This software is very easy to use, being full automated - is saving a lot of time for us, and the customer support always have been very helpful. Cons: We discuss with them to implement some extra features for healthcare, working on that.
