"Great support and user friendly system - Highly recommend!" What do you like best? The customised platform is very user friendly but ultimately, I have been most impressed with ongoing support which has been continuously offered. Any query or change I have requested has been actioned promptly by Ollie Simpson who is always happy to help (no matter how silly I feel my question is), he really has got the patience of a saint & very good at tutorials especially on a Teams group setting which is not always easy. I am impressed with the holiday booking system as well as the performance management we as a company have just used for the first time and now know these will be a vital part of our business moving forward.
