With Host Surf UK everything was fine until they have moved servers to London. From that day we are experiencing problem by problem. I understand that technical support do what they can, however their turnaround time is very slow. On the day of their migration website stopped working, along with email accounts. End user had to change nameservers. Then the scam email problem came around. Despite the fact I was giving notifications about this issue nothing has been done properly. Now the problem is huge, cause the IP where server is located is completely compromised. It is listed almost on every spam blocking software, which means I can't send out emails at all as my customers don't want to receive emails from untrusted places. There is no telephone to call, only premium number, which is not answered. Completely crap communication. Nothing is as it should be. Not recommend so far.
