Web interface is a not very user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The initial need was to ensure tickets created after hours generate alerts for the on call personnel. The notifications are not tied to the smartphones other notification settings. This has decreased the number of after hours tickets that are not acknowledged.
