While the staff at Meet Hugo has always been polite and responsive, we have received no value from this service. As opposed to inbound leads we have received scraped data that is often incomplete. Additionally, the majority of the opportunities loaded require RFPs to be created and submitted to be considered as a potential vendor and that did not match our business model at all. When I cancelled they tried to convince me to stay without offering any discounts and refused to provide a pro-rated refund for the prepayment amount that was not used. Unless you have a large in house sales team with no better source of scraped opportunity data I would not consider paying for this service.
