Overall we had a positive experience with Hugo. It took some time to develop optimal keywords and the type of leads that we are after. However, once that was sorted most of the time we receive relevant leads. Yes, they are not all perfect, but that is nature of the business. I would like to also mention that we always had great support from Hugo either from Emma or Tom previously - Never felt mistreated. If you are looking to expand your pipeline Hugo is really great way to do it!
