Two years as a solo operator and I can count the outages on one hand. Seriously. Monday.com just stays up. For a freelancer whose entire client workflow lives inside one platform, that reliability isn't a nice-to-have, it's everything. Bugs exist, sure, but they're minor and they get patched fast.
