The service constantly cuts out. Instagram flags it everyday and you have to wait 12 hours to reactivate. It does grow your followers, but not your engagement so I’m pretty sure it’s mostly bots. Most of the followers don’t even seem to be remotely interested in The things i specified in “targeting”. The bot petty much likes and comments until that person adds you. I realized I wasn’t really benefiting from the service and i attempted to cancel. Their cancellation process is not straight forward. You first have to email them only to receive a link. This is the sneakiest tactic to take people’s money I’ve ever experienced. They are fully aware that they will take at least 24 hours to respond to your message... if you try to cancel the day before they charge you, you’re screwed. They will charge you and then tell you it’s unable to be refunded because it’s a digital service. It’s complete BS. If you want your account to constantly get flagged and your followers to be packed to the brim with bots and people who don’t care what you’re talking about and barely speak your language... sure... go ahead and subscribe to Boostgram.

“Once, several years ago, this was a great IG boosting…”
Once, several years ago, this was a great IG boosting service. Now, probably because of IG cracking down on third party services like this, it doesn't even work, but you're still going to pay just to even TRY to use it. After a week or trying to make it work, I was unable to get my account authorized through IG to use Boostgram. I provided painstaking details of the problem to Grace from Boostgram, including screenshots of the whole process, and she said her dev team would check it out. Nearly a week went by and I never heard back. I finally reached out and asked for my account to be canceled and refunded since I was never able to use the service and I was told they don't give refunds because it's a "digital product." It's a service and the service we never provided. Their suggestion; start a new IG account and we'll give you a free month of service. No thanks. So I disputed the charge with my bank instead.

I don't know what all of these bad reviews are about. I have used Boostgram on two separate occasions. Both times was a positive experience. I gained a lot of real followers who became an important part of my community. They are also great with communication and have even easily refunded me when I was not ready to continue. I definitely recommend Boostgram.

“I'll start by saying that I WISH I had trusted…”
I'll start by saying that I WISH I had trusted the reviews on here more. I did a 3 day trial with Boostgram back in January 2019. The trial worked great, so I was convinced, but wanted to wait until I had more content on my IG. Fast forward to now, July 2019. I paid for one week and it worked great again. Plenty of new followers and much more activity. However I did not authorize them to charge my card again, but they did, oh well. What really got me though was that the second week that they were supposed to offer a service, a service I apparently paid for, NOTHING happened. Absolutely no activity from them on my IG. Any new followers and likes were strictly from my own promotion of myself. During that week I maybe liked about 5 photos, hoping to give Boostgram a chance to start liking again. Nothing. (Later on they had the audacity to say that because of those FIVE LIKES that my IG was at capacity for the number of likes I could give - which I know is absolute BS). Well I reached out to see what the hell was going on and didn't hear back. So I reached out again, nothing. On my third try where I stated my issues with their services and asked to cancel they gave me the runaround. Refused to tell me how to cancel and refused a refund and even refused to acknowledge any slip up on their end. I don't understand how they're not understanding that I PAID FOR A SERVICE I DID NOT RECEIVE. They've even gone as far as to blame me for their lack of activity. I wouldn't get responses to my emails for days at a time, so if you're trying to cancel, do it days in advance at least, since they make it so you have to contact them to cancel. Not very convenient when they don't respond or refuse to give you a clear answer. I've been given the runaround for nearly a month now. Every few emails make it seem like they haven't paid attention to a word I have said and keep asking the same questions that I've already answered or they'll rephrase things they've already said. I finally asked if since they can't give out a refund, if they'd let me have a free week to make up for the week I paid for where nothing happened. They said they'd credit my account but I'd need to activate it again, thus giving them my card info again after all this bullshit, I don't think so. Oh, and they took screenshots of the heightened IG activity that I got BY MYSELF THROUGH MY OWN DAMN SELF PROMOTION that inactive week and claimed that THEY did that. (I already have a large following that I gained organically without help). I had to file a claim with my bank as well as report their business. Please trust these negative reviews. This company works well sometimes but it's a gamble and not worth the risk and headache if they decide to totally screw you like they did me and plenty of others.

Terrible experience! They automatically renew each week without letting you in advance, and refuse to refund. To stop the auto renew you should request cancellation through us at support, but this warning ("if you wish to cancel, send an email to support@boostgram.com. We'll be happy to take care of that for you") it shows only on the bottom part of their billing page if you check at this through your browser, you'll not see if you check it with your mobile phone! Once you insist the Support Team send you a link for you to cancel the subscription.
