Honestly, they treat their customers like rubbish. Avoid them if you care about service and money. I purchased a server few days ago and after 14 days of activation they charged my a non-refundable invoice for the second month. When I tried to investigate why I am being charged for the next month after 14 days of the service. They said that I have threatened them by telling them that I will investigate this transaction with my bank. So, after 14 days of active service they said that they will block my account and they will not offer any server to me in future. I said I am sorry if you feel threatened and please let me use the service. However their proud and arrogant management didn't care about my written apology and they said that their decision is final to block my services. In the end after 14 days of active service, I have paid for 60 days and my account will be blocked after 60 days. If I would want to leave after first 30 days and get a refund for the second month, they say that they will not provide me refund. However they are allowed to charge me for 60 days and block me after that.

Absolutely astonishing quality of hardware and support! The prices are also way beyond unbeatable! Dominik is a very friendly and helpful CEO of Clouvider who strives to match each client's needs and does offer flexibility to a certain degree when it comes to pricing. Setup times and the network speed is also way beyond average - 900mb down and 900mb up! Overall, I highly recommend this hosting company for any business or individual.
