I have been a customer for over 12 months and have never had any issues. Support has always been available and professional. One thing we noticed is the speed of the network. We constantly get massive download speeds and the OpenStack and VMware platform that they appear to be using is fantastic. Hi! I´m client of OneHost Cloud (Tor Hosting service with two .onion domains). Two days ago I found that both sites were completely down. Then I opened a support ticket to solve it, but... 48 hours later, not only my sites continue down, but there is no response from support. Nothing at all. Don´t know if this is normal for OneHost Cloud, my experience with other providers is very different. I´m afraid I can NOT recommend this terrible hosting. I hope this will be useful for other people looking for a (good) hosting provider.

The BEST customer service I have ever received from a host! I've been using shared hosting all of my life and have never been more happy then I have been with OneHost Cloud & Security. When I wanted to build a more complex website, Paul, the Senior Network Engineer, helped me understand the package I needed and then helped me migrate over to the package. I have very little knowledge about VPS hosting and he has gone far beyond what any hosting provider would ever need to do for a client. I will never use another hosting service again. I've used 9 different services in the past and the customer support support and response time is incomparable. Their hardware is also wicked fast. Thank you!
