The few times I've needed customer service they were always available quickly and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. Plus Plus Hosting's price point is very reasonable for the features, performance and they offer a good affiliate program as well. Overall I’m satisfied with their HA Cloud Instance and hope that they continue improving their services. They are better than many other options out there, and their prices are competitive or better than others.
