I have been a customer of Steadfast for ~13.5 years since May 2000 (called NoZone then) when I registered my first domain and began a leap into web development just out of college, back when everything seemed to be done by Karl. I have never seen a company with more uptime, faster speeds, good routing, and good reviews as Steadfast. These guys have put a ton of time into picking high-quality providers, redundant power / network options, and their 100% uptime guarantee has stood true in the 4 months I've been using them. Steadfast is a great company to work with. They helped keep our servers running even late in the night when most of us are sleeping. The prices are fair for the up time that they have, and the speedy fixes on our server when a drive died was wonderful. Drive died, less than 1 hour to replace. The drive took about 3 hours to build, but our site was still up and running.

Steadfast is the most professional business I've been fortunate enough to deal with over the years and they always go above and beyond what I am entitled to. Their prices are always fair, but you can not put a price on their customer service. There are a lot of competitors, but regardless of price, I personally would never leave Steadfast.
