“Our company is a Data-center in Russia and we use…”
Our company is a Data-center in Russia and we use Voxility DDoS mitigation service (through VPN) for more than 4 years to protect both our customers and infrastructure. The Voxility service is the core of our IP security services because it's able to prevent powerful (we experienced DDoS attacks of more than 40Gbps) and complex attacks from Internet, providing our links available and the services stability for all Internet. The result is simple - no one client has left us because of his services degraded from attacks for last 4 years. Separate thanks to Voxility team, which is always helpful - their managers usually response in 20-30 minutes... but not their support (support engineers oftenly response in 1-3 minutes since incident occured and noticed). I also highly recommend to use Voxility for Data-centers infrastructure (instead of other same mitigation services) 'cause we had an opportunity to test other anti-DDoS providers and finally refused them (the main reason was the quality of DDoS-mitigation and operational complexities). The only thing in Voxility service to make better is to come to Russia and make a local point of presence for their Russian customers could get Voxility services directly in data-centers instead of using VPNs.

I will give you an honest feedback with Voxility. I run a video streaming website and I have been using Voxility for almost 4 years. Never had major incidents with hardware (for small incidents like sdd/hdd crash they replaced broken parts in less than 30 minutes) and for 3 out of 4 data centers in US I have 100% uptime. I got some sleepless nights from DDoS attacks at some point, but once they they offered free DDoS mitigation with all my servers everything went smooth. Support is knowledgeable when needed.

Voxility support has been a really helpful tool over the last 2 years. I have moved all my server to InMotion in 2015 after a terrible and expensive experience with AWS and I had to turn to Voxility for their anti-DDoS solutions. I have been using them for more than one year now and all DDoS related incidents were solved instantly. They are really effective with large DDoS attacks and offer all sorts of insights via customer dashboard.

I found out about these people when another website that I visit e-mailed me to let me know that the IP address of Voxility was trying to gain access to my account with them. I wrote them back to let them know I appreciate the heads up on the phonies trying to impersonate me. I wouldn't trust Voxility to clean up my dogs dung. They should be shut down for trying to hack accounts of others.
