Teamtailor was founded by Richard Johansson, David Wennergren and Erik Andersson who has been part of building companies such as Mynewsdesk and Skype. The HR industry is facing major challenges. Companies that recruit the same way today as they did 5 years ago, or just 2 years ago, will fail to reach good candidates. We believe that great hiring is based on building relationships with candidates. However, this is both time consuming and expensive. We want to help companies overcome this challenge and make this easy. We aim to work with companies that take recruiting seriously, wants to be seen as an attractive workplace, and believes that this is key to successful recruiting.
