Transputec Ltd has exhibited an agile style and worked hard to provide alternative solutions despite several changes and challenges in the workflow. Moreover, they've delivered the project in a timely manner. Their responsiveness and accessibility have stood out in the partnership. We invited three vendors who had previously worked with our company, and asked them to provide a solution with a quote. We found the solution provided by Transputec the best fit to our needs. Transputec understood immediately how our business is different and we don't have users concentrated in few office locations, but we have multiple project locations across the UK even in remote places and islands. And they provided the quickest approach integrated with our existing IT processes for a competitive price. They assigned a project manager for our project and we worked with 6 IT engineers / support analysts during roll-out.

Transputec Ltd migrated their client's solution from on-premise hosting to AWS. After moving through a discovery stage, they went forward with the implementation. They now provide ongoing cloud support. All cloud-related work was done offsite. For this kind of service, there wasn't a particular need for them to visit us onsite. Most of the work was done within an Amazon cloud environment. At the moment, they're only performing cloud-based services, but we'll stay in touch for other needs that we have as a software development company. Their field of expertise is quite diverse, and we feel that there may be other areas in which we can work together. Keeping Transputec Ltd in mind for future projects, the client is very pleased with their new cloud environment. The in-person communication enabled by Transputec enhanced the accuracy and efficacy of the project's discovery process. They value deadlines and timeliness, as well as accessibility.

Transputec’s professionalism has been impressive, and their reliability has been a key part of our engagement. They’ve taken the time to learn about our organization so that they can provide a relevant service.
