On the rare occasion I have had to contact customer support they have been prompt and helpful. I cannot think of a single issue they were unable to resolve. If you are looking for a well built cloud storage provider with a focus on privacy I strongly recommend Tresorit.

The Tresorit platform is just perfect. A few examples: unparalleled encryption standards both in rest and in transit and a proprietary App which seamlessly integrates with the Finder/Desktop. Furthermore, the platform lets you collaborate en publish files at your fingertips, the look and feel of the interface is intuitive/responsive and the performance is always up to par. I am using Tresorit since 2013 and I have never experienced a degradation of service: both connectivity and service delivery. And let us not forget the smooth releases too: I have never experienced a breakdown in functionality, chapeau! Security is a matter of trust and I do trust Tresorit. Figuratively and literally speaking: nothing comes between my files and me except Tresorit.

Tresorit has some really good features and I like a lot about it. Except their customer service. If you're a sole trader and don't have an IT department to sort out snags that the troubleshooting articles don't address, then be prepared to wait and wait and wait till you get answers- and be prepared to also not have your questions answered at all. It took 1.5 weeks for someone to even send me the demo video , by which time I had long already started using the free trial. I could have used the info earlier. I still haven't heard back almost 2 weeks later about another question I had, even though I laid it out very clearly and took screen shots . I suspect that if you're a larger company you get priority service but really this isn't acceptable. It's the one thing that really is disappointing about Tresorit. The end result is a lot of frustration and a lot of time-wasting. Please do something about this!

I do not believe myself to be the typical user, but Tresorit works great for what I want it to do. I don't use it for business and I'll never use the collaboration feature. I'm not planning to install the desktop app or use the mobile app often. The browser interface is spectacular though. The layout and structure are really easy to understand. Navigation is very intuitive, and dragging & dropping files or even entire folders to upload is seamless. I appreciate not having to install a desktop client in order to back up data. I couldn't see any weird bugs or quirks, no matter which browser flavor or OS I tried. The support people are also very helpful and easy to work with. I also appreciate the security, encryption, and protections. It is also nice to know that they have built in a number of other convenience features, should I ever need to make use of them. I've been using Tresorit for four years now, and it has pretty much been a straightforward and pain-free experience.

I use quite a few cloud softwares. Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive Box... And and some lesser know ones. Why then TresorIt? Well, I've been using it since 2014, where everything was new. The difference is amazing compared to the competition. TresorIt has managed to keep the focus on the core values, while improving the functionality. That's very promising when choosing a cloud service. Now to the service itself. I like the functionality and simplicity. It does what I need and it does it without too much fuss. The desktop and mobile apps are simple in structure with some powerful features. My key documents are always going in the 'tresor', and due to the passcode lock and no browser access I am never worried about security. My most used function is the secure link. Share a file and don't worry about remembering to secure it later etc. Recommended.

I really like Tresorit. I've used it for about four years and have come to rely on it as part of my backup strategy. I'm not a fan of the cloud but opt for the peace-of-mind and convenience of having certain data backed up there. I feel far more confident about the level of security of Tresorit than of Dropbox and Google Drive. I use them as well, but not for anything confidential. I appreciate the encryption Tresorit offers and that there's no backdoor access to my data. Other pluses for me are that it's not a U.S. company and my data is stored outside the U.S. The desktop client has been easy to use and customize. I set it up and don't think much about it. The app and website are both easy to use, as well. I contacted tech support to change my email address, which required migrating to a new account. I had to email a couple times, but they did follow through and made sure everything was OK afterward. I haven't had any problems that needed urgent attention. Tresorit periodically contacts me for feedback, so they do have ongoing self-assessment. I recommend checking them out.
