Just as others have said the support and actual service has fallen off a cliff. We have experienced outtages for hours upon hours at times. Not to mention the support is abysmal and beyond slow. The price has also increased in the last 2 years by over 60%.Web Host Python used to be hands down the best service with an absolutely amazing support staff that we've never experienced before. But that was before the buyout as others have mentioned. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere... And notice the only good review are all from before the sale!

“NOW TRULY RUBBISH! I rented servers from this company for…”
NOW TRULY RUBBISH! I rented servers from this company for over 6 years and they were awesome. Then they sold out to World Host Group who are a complete nightmare. If you are still hosting here PLEASE PLEASE move as quickly as you can. This outfit looks like another EIG. They buy out successful smaller hosting companies, and the service immediately starts to suffer. After the buy out, the first time I put in a support ticket it took them 8 hours to reply, then a further 9 hours to respond to a follow-on question. This morning the server went down for a total of 9 hours 50 minutes, came back up for 30 mins and now MYSQL is failing so all the sites are down again and have been for another 5 hours. Fortunately we had already migrated all our clients to another server ready for a switch as I could see the decline in service coming. We are just going to have to do that ahead of schedule. Same old story, a big corporate buys up great smaller companies, then starts making cuts to please their shareholders, increase profit margin and the service goes from excellent to appalling very quickly. There is a list of all the hosts they acquired, on their site worldhost.group. If you're with any of those, do yourself a favour and move before you have a big issue and lose clients.

How can I sum it up 100% Before James and Crew I was with another hosting provider for about 2 years and the owners of that hosting provider sold it to a company in India and that was it the customer services was not their anymore. Tickets took more than 2 days. With WebhostingPython that is not the case, they are on top of it as soon as they can get to the Issue at hand. I don't know how many clients they have but they treat everyone like if they ware their only client and that is Important. I have a lot of respect for James and Crew. I have been a customer of Webhostpython for just over a month, and really started loving it. Webhostpython is a team of enthusiastic people who know what they are doing and go above & beyond to help their customers. I'm a reseller hosting customer of Webhostpython. One day, one of my sub-cpanel accounts of the reseller got exploited by some hacker-I wasn't aware of this until the owner(james) himself called me and explained the situation and that they were working on to fix it. After that, James Sir worked with me on live chat to restore the backup of my exploited account and even went ahead and updated all my wordpress themes and plugins-as this exploit could be caused due to one of my outdated themes and plugins. His team(Steve Sir, Shane Sir, and others) were very helpful by running a deep security scan, and following-up with me on the status. That's what I call "Going above and beyond" customer experience.
