We believe that the direction of doing this is to use AI as a tool to allowing people to dialogue with the digital world in a natural and not frustrating fashion. This can be addressed by talking and/or chatting with a well designed and meaningful AI, and automating requests through AI agents. We have experience in AI, and conversational AI as voicebots, phonebots and chatbots, among others. Nowadays our star product is Botflow, a no-code AI SaaS, for going from design to production of conversational AI bots, without coding, using generative AI as a companion.
