Botmock was a Canada-based conversation design company that specialized in tools for creating voice and chat interfaces. Acquired by Walmart in November 2021, Botmocks technology was integrated into Walmart’s conversational commerce platform, allowing non-technical teams to design and deploy voice and chat experiences. The company offered a no-code conversational design platform featuring drag-and-drop tools for prototyping, testing, and deploying chatbots and voice assistants across various platforms, including WhatsApp, Slack, and Alexa. Botmock supported multi-channel deployment, automatically generating code as users designed conversation flows. Its collaboration features helped teams streamline design processes for customer service and e-commerce applications. Botmock served over 4,000 teams globally, including enterprise clients like Accenture, Oracle, British Telecom, and Enbridge. Following its acquisition, Botmocks technology contributed to enhancing Walmarts voice and chat shopping experiences.
