Inkit was founded during the summer of 2018 by co-founders Michael McCarthy and Matthew McCullough with personal capital and an undisclosed amount of private investors’ funding. Before the launch of their company, Michael McCarthy worked as an investment banker at US Bank. Matthew McCullough worked as an entrepreneur and software consultant for Kraft-Heinz and Thomson Reuters.Inkit’s first product allows businesses to send personalized direct response campaigns to customers and prospects based on actions or events.In 2020, Inkit launched their Reach Enablement Platform (REP) after adding two new offerings to their product suite: Inkit Render and Inkit Verify. Inkit Reach Enablement Platform is the technology and tooling that can be quickly embedded into existing infrastructure to validate customer addresses, deliver automated direct mail and personalized customer communications, streamline shipping logistics, and create paperless records of customer communications at scale.
