Metriculator connected to basically everything I was already running, and that's the part that actually sold me. My survey triggers fire through Zapier, feed into my project management tool, and push CSAT summaries straight to the Slack channel where I track client health. For a solo consultant juggling a handful of clients at once, not having to manually shuttle data between tabs is a genuine relief. Setup took maybe an afternoon, and the native integrations with common helpdesk and email platforms meant I barely had to touch custom configuration.
The feature set itself is solid. Trend views, response tagging, and customizable score thresholds cover everything I need to show clients a real picture of how their customers feel. My one small frustration is that a couple of the integrations I wanted are still listed as "coming soon," which has meant a workaround or two. But honestly, at this price point, for everything it actually does connect with, I'd choose it again without much hesitation.
