Nobody warned me how fast that first week would go. Setting up our events in See Tickets felt surprisingly approachable for a three-person outfit like ours. The onboarding documentation is genuinely clear, and the account team picked up the phone when I was stuck on fee configuration on day two. That matters a lot when you're not a ticketing professional by trade and you're selling out a show in five days.
