LeMod Rewards

Lemod is a loyalty marketing platform. We provide cosmetic surgery practices with a digital rewards program designed to incentivize and increase referral and return business. For the patient: Lemod frames the cosmetic surgery experience as a journey. We provide a HIPAA-complaint phone app to collect the important details of the patient's procedure: photos, surgeon, instructions, etc. Beyond the clinical information, the Lemod app focuses on patient rewards through practice promotions and referring friends. For the practice: Lemod provides an analytics tool to see what marketing efforts actually move the needle in referral and return business. We rank patients using their Net Promoter Score and categorize patients based on Patient Lifetime Value (PLV) and Patient Referral Value (PRV). This allows practices to focus marketing efforts, versus using 'one size fits all'? approach. For instance, practices can identify, engage, and reward VIPs, while reducing or stopping interaction with the patients who are likely not to return.
