Lucidity+Consulting+GroupβNovo+is+value+for+money.+We've+been+using+it+as+an+internal+helpdesk+tool+for+our+consultants+and+also+for+our+production+support+service+line+for+our+clients+to+submit+helpdesk+requests.+There+is+some+functionality+desired+that's+not+available,+but+for+the+price+and+simplicity+of+the+tool,+it+has+been+very+satisfying.+Also,+Novo+comes+with+upgrades+and+enhancements+where+they+try+to+accomodate+functionality+requests+from+clients+which+is+definitely+appreciated.+The+customer+service+I+get+from+Brian+Lu+and+Clark+Tannner+has+been+excellent+and+are+always+happy+to+help+when+needed.β
